I’m Kelli, Founder and CEO of Enfield Hill Consulting, and I help entrepreneurs streamline business operations and back-office functions so they can focus on other aspects of the business. Running a small company is hard but the business side doesn’t have to be. I partner with founders to bring in the right processes and tools to set the organization up for success and create that strong foundation which will allow for efficiencies and rapid growth. I specialize in finance, human resources, and general business administration operations along with fundraising and due diligence consulting.

Trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in executing strategies and be a jack-of-all trades to the company. At the core, the role is meant to foster alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day operations and is a key position in early-stage start-ups.

Create and oversee all the financial operations activities along with long-term financial planning and strategy. My goal is to set your organization up for rapid growth through strategic volume growth, price optimization, maximizing cost efficiencies, decreasing overhead, and streamlining accounts receivable and accounts payables.

Fundraising is exciting but time consuming. I can assist your business with material preparation including financial modeling, research, market sizing, content creation, outreach, pipeline management, and overall data room organization and deployment.
About Me
I have over 15 years of experience in various finance, marketing, and strategy roles across Fortune 5 and early-stage ventures. I began my career in Minnesota working in various corporate finance roles including Treasury and M&A. Following my MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, I spent 5 years at Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, leading financial due diligence for multi-year partnerships with acute and ambulatory healthcare systems, shaping pricing and fostering growth. I later went on to lead FP&A for major contracts.
Driven by my interest to always try something new and have more of an impact, I seized the opportunity to join an early-stage biotech start-up as Chief of Staff. Here I was an integral part of Series A fundraising and led and scaled finance, HR, and business operations for the venture. This is where my love for the start-up ecosystem began.
In 2023, I set up Enfield Hill Consulting to help founders with finance, fundraising, and back-office functions with the goal to establish a strong foundation for growth. I believe automating processes with the right tech stack can set the organization up for success and reduce growing pains. I’m passionate about providing high-quality, responsive service to my clients and therefore partner with 1 to 2 clients at a time.
Outside of Enfield Hill Consulting, I enjoy being active and spending time with my family. You will likely find us outside exploring a new trail, park, or pool.
